Go to checkout
Checkout & Download
Open in your editing software.
This file is a PNG and should be able to open in all programs.
Resize to your desired size. (I measured mine at 8"x8".
Print and trace onto pattern paper or cardstock, then trace onto your glass, cut, grind, foil, solder, clean, polish & buff.
Supplies You Will Need:
Glass colors of your choice
Basic Glass Cutting Tools
Glass Grinder
100 Watt Soldering Iron
60/40 Solder
7/32 Copper Foil (I like using Edco Black Backed Copper Foil)
I also used Wavy Copper Foil ( I always solder the edge of my Hobby Came to my Copper Foil - I have many videos of this on my Facebook & YouTube if you would like to see).
5/64 Hobby Came
Flux (I like Novacan Liquid Flux or Nokorode Paste Flux)
18gauge tinned copper wire for additional wire work (basic jewelry tools available here on my website)
14 gauge wire for bottom wire loop.
3 - 14ga. 3/8" Jump Rings (2 to hang piece and one in center for Beads or Gems).
Chain & Beads to Hang
To add extra shine its best to have basic cleaning and polishing supplies. I use CJ's Flux Remover or Dawn Soap, baking soda, 0000 steel wool, Polish (i like using Liva Stained Glass Polish some people use Pledge instead).
