Shipping & Return Policy
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for us to process & ship your package/s. If an item you ordered is out of stock or delayed in shipping we will contact you via email.
All standard shipping within the US is FREE. We ship using USPS allowing us to ship to both Alaska & Hawaii at no additional charges!
We will email you updated shipping information and tracking numbers. We will ship using the least amount of boxes as possible however sometimes due to cost we may have to ship in more than one box.
Due to circumstances beyond our control starting 10/1/21 the USPS is set to slow down shipping to some areas. We will do our best to work with this situation the best we can. We are sorry if there are any unseen delays.
We do ship outside of the US however please allow 5-7 business days to process & calculate shipping charges. We will send shipping cost invoice to the email you provide at the time of your order. Shipping must be paid before we mail out items. We will ship using the least expensive option or the option you prefer.
If any item/s is damaged during shipping please complete the following:
2. Take pictures of damaged item/s and send with email.
3. We will determine at that time whether the item is able to repaired or replaced.
4. If item has to be replaced we will send out replacement however since all stained glass designs are handmade we will have to determine a time frame of replacement depending on pattern, schedule & glass (sometimes the glass I use I cannot get again so we will have to decide on replacement).
5. If a supply item is damaged during shipping again please send pictures in an email.
6. We will pay for return shipping and send replacement within 3 to 5 business days after receiving original damaged item in the mail. If replacement is out of stock we will notify buyer and agree with how to proceed whether to refund money or replace item.
